Introduction

Földényi, Lászay & Partners Law Firm has been established by dr. Földényi Rita and dr. Lászay György, following a long relationship and cooperation on professional practice, with the main purpose of implementing a team of well-prepared and committed professionals to supply legal service on the highest possible level that meet the prevailing demands of professional and business requirements.

The Law Firm provides legal services in Hungarian and in English mainly for commercial companies, ranging from small ones to multinational enterprises. The continuous legal services include general legal advisory and contract drafting/supervising, labor law advisory and contract drafting/supervising and representation in legal procedures at authorities or courts in Hungary.

The Law Firm has expertise and a wealth of experience in due diligence examinations (especially the drafting/supervising of bylaws and company regulatory systems), medical law, hotel and catering law and media law.

The Law Firm has been deeply engaged in real estate transactions, with direct connection to the main Hungarian real estate agencies, especially to MARECO network, which includes direct access to listing databases.

Further to legal aspects, for the most efficiency in complex tasks of extended scopes of activities, the Law Firm maintains teamwork with well experienced partners and experts.

Lawyer and member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2005, member of Földényi Law Firm (2005-2012), member of Földényi, Lászay & Partners Law Firm (2013-).

• hotel and catering law: legal representation and full advisory on day by day operation for hotels and catering suppliers.
• medical law: full advisory and complete legal representation of health institutes from pharmacies, medical clinics to one of the leading private hospitals.

dr. Lászay György

Basic training: Janus Pannonius University (1991-1997)
Further training: real estate valuation (1997-1998)

Lawyer and member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2000, member of Lászay Law Firm (2000-2012), member and leader of Földényi, Lászay & Partners Law Firm (2013-).

Expertise:

• media law: a media law expert of a leading public service broadcaster for 8 consecutive years, legal services for several other Hungarian or international media providers and broadcasting companies.
• due diligence examinations, especially the drafting/supervising of bylaws and company regulatory systems: provided full ranged or regulatory-specified due diligence examinations for several foundations, public foundations, NGO-s, budgetary authorities and commercial entities in the media, energy and banking industry.
